Our client is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in Digital Vending, FoodTech and Specialist Coffee Services.

We are hiring a Sales Account Manager in the Wholesale ‘Telesales’ Solutions team to support growth and retention of our existing Small Clients and order processing for Large Clients across UK & Ireland.

The Opportunity:

The Sales Account Manager (Wholesale) is a pivotal and important role and a primary interface between the business and its Wholesale clients. This role will play an integral part to the overall success of the Wholesale Solutions division, with Clients spanning multiple Industry sectors and supplying Coffee Equipment, Technical and Wholesale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the ability to retain and grow revenue across Small and Large enterprise Wholesale Clients and strategically build relationships over the phone with these Clients.

Your Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work three days per week minimum in Badminton where the existing telesales team are based and up to two days per week, flexibly, remotely.
  • Make outbound calls to an existing base and generate sales
  • Communicate effectively through a variety of channels (phone/video/email)
  • Work to daily/weekly/monthly targets as part of a high octane, target focused solutions team
  • To liaise with and spend time with the Wholesale ‘Large client’ team collaboratively to support revenue growth of clients.
  • Have full accountability for a territory of <£50k ARO wholesale clients P&L and client relationships, with all spend analysis fully understood to drive retention and growth
  • Support order processing of >£50k-£1.2m wholesale clients.
  • To own the performance and relationships with every client, as if it were your own business.
  • Build solid account plans to ensure we are consistently delivering on service and revenue targets.
  • Be the direct contact for any challenges or escalations within your accounts. All clients need one point of contact to resolve any challenges.
  • Passionate about delivering service and solutions with a real eye for detail: understanding the importance of delivering a branded solution.
  • To be able to create and deliver management information that is accurate and beneficial to internal and external parties on a regular basis as agreed with the client.
  • Analyse account performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, whilst continually adapting the actions or direction required to ensure your accounts perform for Clients.
  • Develop strategies and tools to ensure each client is managed effectively and influencing internal departments that are impacted.
  • Develop contacts and build relationships with key decision makers and influencers within each account, to ensure each account can be managed effectively.
  • Ensure all activity is documented within CRM, to provide full visibility to the business.
  • To lead and facilitate client business reviews on a monthly or quarterly basis in a professional manner, by phone/video, whilst building a strong rapport with the client, to ensure we are their best business partner. Easy to work with, whilst delivering impressive results.
  • Ability to network across all industries to drive Wholesale growth of clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in target driven solutions teams, managing a portfolio of clients ranging up to £50k ARO and driving retention and growth of such clients.
  • Proven track record of surpassing targets.
  • Great Commission / Payment Plan Scheme (OTE approx. (phone number removed)
  • Experience of using a CRM system to give visibility of phone sessions, activity, and other data.
  • Record of accomplishment of taking smaller clients and transforming them into larger clients.
  • Ability to communicate concisely, logically, and effectively to internal and external parties
  • Experience working with contracts with a minimum spend and duration.
  • Experience working with multiple industries.
  • You will enjoy working as part of an energetic target focussed team, spending time in high octane phone sessions.
  • You will also have strong systems skills and be highly numeric and analytical.
