This esteemed hospital, recognised with an Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), is poised for expansion and seeks a motivated healthcare leader to guide it through this pivotal phase. Joining one of the world's foremost healthcare providers, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering unparalleled patient care.

The Role

As the Hospital Director, you'll oversee the planning, organisation, and direction of all operational services within the facility. Your duties will include ensuring financial sustainability, meeting statutory requirements, and upholding service standards for delivering top-notch care. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate closely with executive team members and consultant partners to execute business strategies and operational initiatives effectively.

Salary  

This position is paying up to £95,000 per annum along with excellent benefits.

Minimum Requirements      

• Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, with a focus on fostering and empowering teams.
• Proven track record of effectively managing personnel to achieve organisational goals.
• Extensive clinical expertise and knowledge.
• Substantial experience in operational management within the healthcare sector.
• Sound financial acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Required onsite presence for effective oversight and collaboration.
