GSL Education are seeking a committed HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) for a primary school in Sheffield, S9. This full-time position is available immediately, offering a unique opportunity to lead and support educational activities.

• Leading classroom activities and supporting lesson delivery.
• Providing cover for teachers during absences.

HLTA tasks and responsibilities:

• Supporting student learning and engagement.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress.
• Collaborating with teachers to enhance instructional strategies.

HLTA requirements:

• HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a primary school environment.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
