Class 1 HGV driver

Rapid Time Recruit Limited acting as an Employment Business is currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Liverpool, this is on an adhoc basis covering full week / odd days holiday and sickness with a potential to become ongoing.

Role of a Class 1 HGV Driver:

• Average 04:30 - 08:00 DAYS
• Average 16:00 - 18:00 NIGHTS
• Average 10–13-hour shifts
• Container collections, deliveries, set-ups, Seaforth Docks
• Min 1 year Class 1 entitlement / 6 Months container experience
• MUST HAVE DOC CARD ( recently expired is accepted) 

Class 1 HGV drivers will be required to complete a paid driving assessment and induction prior to commencing work.

Class 1 HGV drivers will require:

• Valid UK HGV licence for 12 months or more.
• Minimum 6-month previous container experience.
• Digital tachograph card CPC card.
• Be professional and presentable at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
• Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
• No IN10, DR10, DG10, CD10 or TT99

PAYE rates are inclusive of holiday pay

• £17.93 DAYS - Monday - Friday
• £16.00 PAYE (Without holidays) 
• £18.49 NIGHTS - Monday - Friday
• £19.61 Saturday 
• £20.17 Sunday
• £26.00 for any night out ( optional )
• MIN 8 hours paid per shift.
